This site uses Vercel Web Analytics to understand how many visitors arrive and where they come from. It sets no cookies, uses no persistent identifier, and does not follow you across other websites.

Only general information about the visit is recorded: the page you opened, the page you arrived from, country, device type and browser. No visitor profile is created and no data that could identify you is collected.

The data is processed by Vercel, the service that hosts this site. We do not use Google Analytics and there are no social media pixels.

The form on the contact page does not send data to us and does not store it anywhere. It only composes a message and opens WhatsApp on your device, where you decide whether to send it. Until you press send in WhatsApp, the data has not left your device.

When you call or write on WhatsApp, the communication runs through your telephone operator or through WhatsApp (Meta), under their terms. The information you share with the clinic is used only to arrange the appointment and for speech and language assessment or treatment.

Data arising from assessment and treatment is held within the clinic and handled according to the professional obligations of speech and language therapy practice. It is not published and is not shared with third parties without your consent.

The site links to Google Maps, Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp. When you follow a link, or when the map loads, those services' privacy policies apply.
